The electro-binoculars you see in the Hoth shots in The Empire Strikes Back are one of my favorite non-weapon props. And bonus they show up in the Mandalorian Season 1 Episode 5 when the rookie bounty hunter Toro Calican (Jake Cannavale) uses them and Mando trades them away.

This kit is a seconds cast from Markus, there are a few pin-holes to fill and some small non-fill areas that need to be remade. I set to filling, sculpting, sanding, and priming. Lots of that to come. The plan is to do the version that Luke is seen holding on the back of the wampa, which is not as beat up as some of them.

There were several of these in the ESB in various states of condition. In one shot you can see two rebel troopers using them at the same time.

I did more sanding, filling and primering, and started mocking up where the parts go. I need to think more on the order of operation.
